Rossmoor is an unincorporated, five square mile area consisting of over 3,400 homes situated on long, tree-lined streets in Orange County, just five miles from the beach.

Rossmoor and Los Alamitos are located in close proximity to the 605 (San Gabriel) Freeway, the 22 (Garden Grove) Freeway, and the 405 (San Diego) Freeway. The 5 (Santa Ana) Freeway and the 91(Riverside) Freeway are located five miles to the north. The Long Beach Airport is five miles west of the city; and John Wayne (Orange County) Airport is fifteen miles south.
