unincorporated, five square mile area consisting of over
3,400 homes situated on long, tree-lined streets in Orange
County, just five miles from the beach.
Built in 1957 as tract housing, many of the original

miles to the north. The Long Beach Airport is five
miles west of the city; and John Wayne (Orange County)
Airport is fifteen miles south.
